Miso is a well-balanced, nutritious Japanese seasoning made from fermented soybeans, salt, and Koji. It comes in various forms, including miso paste and instant miso soups. Instant Miso Soup, available in powder and block forms, typically contains tofu, seaweed, and garnish in the package.
